In May 2007 the Audit Commission published "Seeing the light - Innovation in Local Public Services". This website outlines a number of workshops that we have developed to help Local Public Services implement the recommendations and suggestions within this report and to go beyond the report and help Local Public Services become dramatically more innovative.
These workshops have been designed specifically to give Local Public Service providers a simple mechanism for implementing innovation within their organisation. The main workshops for senior executives are meant to be taken consecutively. The workshops are aimed at two groups, elected members and the senior executives responsible for making innovation happen. If you are thinking about addressing other groups these workshops can be adapted and tailored to your requirements.
